I'm brushing up on this Thursday's concert and learned that Guillo Carias' resume reveals some impressive brushes with old school jazz fame: Sammy Davis, Jr., Dave Brubeck, Celia Cruz and Chuck Mangione to name a few. The latin-jazz bandleader has even played with one of New York's original Mambo Kings, Tito Rodriguez.
